1. Who we are
Lumiwear Safety(“Lumiwear Safety,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by [Lumiwear Safety International Pte. Ltd.], a company incorporated in Singapore under UEN 202604746N, with its registered office at 60 Paya Lebar Road #06-28 Paya Lebar Square, 409051, Singapore (“we,” “Lumiwear Safety”). Lumiwear Safety supplies high-visibility and industrial safety workwear internationally, working with manufacturing partners based in China.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data when you visit our website (the “Site”), submit an enquiry or quote request, or subscribe to our updates.
Because we actively market to and serve customers in the European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom, we apply the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR as our baseline standard for all visitors, in addition to Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

Enquiry and quote request forms: name, company name, job title, business email, phone number, country, and the content of your message
Newsletter or marketing sign-up: email address, name, company, and areas of interest
Any correspondence you send us by email or otherwise

IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, referral source, and time on Site, via Google Analytics
Advertising identifiers and interaction data via Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn advertising tools, used for retargeting and measuring campaign performance

We do not process payment card data on the Site. There is currently no online ordering or checkout function.

8. International data transfers
As a Singapore-based company working with a China-based manufacturing partner and serving customers across Europe, the United States, Australia and Southeast Asia, personal data may be transferred between the EEA/UK, Singapore, China, Australia and the United States (where our analytics, advertising, and email marketing providers are based).
For transfers of personal data originating in the EEA/UK to countries without an EU/UK adequacy decision (including Singapore and China), we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or an equivalent approved safeguard with each recipient.

Enquiry data: retained for 2 years after our last contact with you, or as needed to pursue a business relationship
Newsletter data: retained until you unsubscribe
Analytics data: retained per Google Analytics’ configured retention period

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, such as encrypted transmission and access controls, appropriate to the risk involved. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
